  • Can I park onsite? There is parking available onsite, weekend charges apply and can be made via the website, app or via the shops onsite. Blue Badge Parking available (subject to availability)

  • How can we get to the venue? Public Transport; Given the location of Wollaton Hall, we recommend planning your journey online, via the Travel Centre 0115 950 6070, Nottingham Tourist Information 0844 477 5678, or Traveline East Midlands on 0871 200 2233

  • Road Access? Wollaton Hall is 3 miles west of the city centre. Follow the brown signs from the A52 or the A6514, or from the M1 take J25 and follow the signs. The postcode for your sat nav is NG8 2AE.

  • Afterparty? There is no planned Afterparty for Live At The Hall.

  • Can I leave the show and come back? Afraid not, once you're in - you're in!

  • What's your age restrictions? This event is exclusively 14+, anyone 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult. We operate a challenge-21 policy upon entry and at all bars onsite, so don't forget your ID!

  •  Is there a dress code? No set dress code, however, please keep in mind of weather conditions on the day and dress accordingly.

  • Will you be releasing set times? Set time will be available week of the event and also visible at all bars onsite

  • Cash or Card? Bars, Food vendor, independent Stalls &  Fun Fair rides all accept cash and card.

  •  Can I bring my own food and drink on site: no food or alcohol can be brought onto the premises as we have fully licensed bars & various food options on site. Including vegetarian & gluten free options

  •  Can I pay on the day? Unless sold out, we will have remaining tickets to purchase at our box office but it will be more expensive than buying in advance.

  • Can I upgrade to VIP on the day? If there is availability please ask at Box office when you arrive and it will based on first come first serve

  •  Are there any lockers? We will have a location for coats and bags to be stores onsite via Go Hangars Van situated by the main entrance.. Bags will be searched on entry

  • Can I charge my phone on site? Yes we have phone charging facilities provided by Go Hangars van situated by the main entrance.

  • Do you have Disability access? The show is set on flat ground with disabled toilet access.

  • Is the event outside? Yes, please prepare accordingly.
